Details
I have always wanted to be a photojournalist and travel around the world taking pictures for National Geographic, but I graduated photography school in December and gave birth to my first daughter on January 02, a few weeks later. She is now 37 years old. I didn't stop taking pictures, obviously, but I refined what it is I enjoy photographing.

As a photographer, during a single day in the "life of" I see hundreds of images I could take. Instead of saving them in my mind's eye, I resort to my camera. This tool/utensil once in my hand arouses me. It is almost like an alarm goes off in my head and I begin to live in the universe of sight. Everything becomes a piece of art I want to create,

For the most part, I take the big picture and break it down into bits and pieces. Once it exists in this form, I then play with the angle, the light, and its relationship to other things around it.

When the photo is taken I feel energized; almost as if I did something incredible like climbing Half Dome or writing the perfect love story. The moment of happiness exists for me. I hope you can share in my delight as you view these photographs.

More recently I have been spending time taking pictures of Architecture, Construction, and Landscape Design - Basic Built Environments. This has caused the need for me to change my focus since I want to earn my living doing something I am passionate about. Therefore, this website is dedicated to my next endeavor - ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHY, hope you enjoy the way I see the world.
